1. Free Pickup and Delivery

We offer free pickup and delivery services within our designated service areas. Please ensure someone is present during the scheduled time for collection and delivery.

2. Turnaround Time

Standard Service: Turnaround time is 48 hours from the time of pickup or drop-off.
Express Service: We offer a 24-hour express service at 50% additional charges, available on request and subject to load and fabric type.

3. Garment Care

We take utmost care in handling, washing, dry cleaning, and steam ironing your garments. However:

• Hard stain removal is not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to refuse articles stained with human or animal fluids due to health and safety regulations.
• We also reserve the right to return garments that we believe may discolor, worsen in condition, or are too delicate for processing.

4. Damage & Liability

While every precaution is taken, in the unlikely event of damage such as color fading, rips, shine marks, fabric impressions, or misplacement, our maximum liability is limited to 5 times the cleaning value of the item. No cash compensation will be provided under any circumstances. All complaints must be submitted with the original receipt within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without the receipt will not be entertained.

5. Personalized Service

We believe in delivering a personalized experience, offering fabric-specific care and tailored handling as per customer preferences.

6. Unclaimed Items

Unclaimed items will be held safely for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, they will be discarded without notice.

7. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon delivery. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile App Payments, Payment Link, and Bank Transfers.

8. Valuables and Garment Inspection

Customers are advised to check all pockets before handing over garments. We are not responsible for valuables (e.g., cash, jewelry, documents) left in pockets or attached to garments.

9. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All customer data is handled with strict confidentiality and is not shared or leaked to any outside third party.

10. Modifications

Bubble Holding reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any updates will be posted in-store and on our official communication channels.
